LOLACHERS CATERING takes pride in making your catered meal a "Special Event." Our Experienced Banquet Planners will gladly help you to plan the menu for your event. In order to ensure sufficient staff and equipment on site LOLACHERS requires a confirmation of the minimum number of guests in attendance at least 5 days prior to the event. Numbers can be increased up to 36 hours prior to the event. If no guarantee is given the estimated number of guests at the time of booking will be taken as the guaranteed number for billing. The convenor undertakes to pay the rate for the guaranteed number or the number in attendance, whichever is greater. Lolachers will normally have approximately 5% more food available for unexpected guests, up to a maximum of 30 for parties of 600 or more. Prices are guaranteed for up to 90 days from the time of the agreement and are subject to change after that. A Damage and Loss deposit is required at the time of booking and will be returned 2 weeks following the event. Full payment is required at the time of the party and must be done so with cash, certified cheque, or bank or post office money order. A 15% service charge will be applied to all parties requiring service. Drop-off orders may be subject to a delivery charge. All menu prices are subject to applicable taxes.
